Conjuego Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy explains what information the Conjuego app ("the app") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The app is made by Adam Leczkowski (Verandous), who is responsible for your data.
In short
- There are no accounts, and the app never asks for your name, email or contacts.
- Your progress and settings are stored only on your device.
- To find bugs and see which parts of the app are used, the app sends anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to Google Firebase.
- No data is sold, and the app shows no ads.
Information stored on your device
Your learning progress, exercise results and settings are saved locally on your device. They are not sent anywhere. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them.
Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how it's used, for example which screens are opened, how long sessions last and which exercises are completed. Firebase Analytics collects:
- app usage events (such as screens viewed and exercises finished),
- a random app instance ID created when the app is installed,
- device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language and screen size,
- an approximate location at country or city level, derived from your IP address (the IP address itself isn't stored).
The app doesn't collect your device's advertising ID. This data isn't linked to your name or any account. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
When the app crashes or hits a serious error, Firebase Crashlytics sends a report so the problem can be fixed. A report contains the technical details of the error (where in the code it happened), the device model, operating system and app version, free memory and disk space at that moment, and a random installation ID. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.
Who processes the data
Firebase is provided by Google, which processes this data on the app's behalf and may store it on servers outside your country, including in the United States. You can read how Google handles it in the Firebase privacy information and Google's Privacy Policy. The data isn't shared with anyone else, and it's never sold or used for advertising.
Why the data is used
Usage statistics and crash reports are used only to keep the app working, fix errors and decide what to improve. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legal basis is the developer's legitimate interest in providing a stable, well-working app.
Your choices and rights
You can stop all data collection at any time by uninstalling the app.
If you're in the European Union or a country with similar laws, you have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. In Poland, that's the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Because the app doesn't know who you are, include your device model and roughly when you used the app when you write, so your data can be found.
Children
Conjuego isn't directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has used the app and you want their data deleted, get in touch using the address below.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
